If I could go back to the beginning...

My husband and I started our journey of trying to make a baby in February 2019. While I knew the reality of having PCOS, we were hopeful. Maybe we would beat the odds.

That March my husband found a four leaf clover we thought was a sign. I even put it in a book to dry it, saying we'd one day hang it in the baby's room. As the months went on and I looked at more and more negative pregnancy tests, the hope faded away. By the time we hit a year and it was time to go back to the doctor for help my expectations were at an all time low.

*my husband and I in March 2019, still so hopeful*
If I could go back and tell us what I know now:
hope is good but don't get it so high that it crushes you when it doesn't work out
Don't be so hard on yourself, you cannot force your body to work right
appreciate how supportive your husband is
hug your puppers super hard
people who haven't been through it really don't get it
It will happen, even if it's a long hard road, it will happen
