At Least We Got A New Car Out Of It

So when it rains it pours right?

The weekend we found out about the ectopic pregnancy, my husband's car stopped working. We took it to multiple people and all they could figure out was that "something"was draining the battery. So for a week we balanced getting me to doctors appointments and him to work with one car. I guess good thing I'm a teacher and I didn't have work as well this summer.

On Wednesday, I went with my husband to go trade in and buy his new car. I have always wanted to prove that women are not dumb at buying cars and get taken advantage of. Luckily I have a wonderful husband who supports me trying. I made sure to ask every question, make them explain every paper and called them on their shit when they tried to show us BS payment plans. I'm not dumb and I needed to prove I wasn't dumb and I could do this for my husband. I think part of it was because I could control it and I needed a win. I know it wasn't a huge thing, but it was something.

And hey we got a new car out of it!
